Join Santa Claus for a one-of-a-kind visit to his cozy Christmas cabin. You and your children will believe in the magic of Christmas like never before as Santa plays games, tells stories, and creates a magical experience you’ll remember forever.
Important notes:
❖ All sales are final and nonrefundable. Visits are held rain, shine, or snow, and cannot be canceled, rescheduled, or delayed for any reason, including emergencies, illness, or traffic. Late or missed visits are forfeited with no refund, reschedule, or credit, so please arrive early to park and unload.
❖ If you can't attend, you may give your session to another family by forwarding your confirmation email and notifying santa@visitsantascabin.com using the email address on your order.
❖ (1) In the unlikely event that Santa’s Cabin must cancel (e.g., power failure, state of emergency, etc.), a credit toward a future session will be issued in lieu of a refund. (2) In the unlikely event that our usual Santa is rendered unavailable (e.g., severe illness, injury), an alternate Santa may be employed. (3) In the unlikely event that we cannot provide a photographer or later deliver photos for a Classic/Deluxe Experience (e.g., severe illness, injury, accident), a partial refund will be issued, downgrading Classic Experiences into DIY Plus Experiences (a $70 refund in 2026) and Deluxe Experiences into Christmas Eve Adventure Experiences (a $210 refund in 2026).
❖ Please note that Santa's Cabin is a rustic building on a working farm, and visitors assume the risks associated with uneven, muddy, icy, and poorly lit terrain, steps, and pathways. Appropriate footwear and flashlights are recommended.
❖ Each booking covers one immediate family. Santa treats all children in each visit as siblings, so please book friends and cousins separately to keep the magic alive. To join your visit with another family's, please book back-to-back and email santa@visitsantascabin.com so that we can arrange it.
